The roleInternationally renowned chef Clare Smyth's Oncore restaurant caters to an exceptional dining experience and a menu that is centralised and crafted by using sustainable ingredients.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Oncore kitchen team.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Proven experience in a hatted or Michelin starred restaurant
- Exceptional presentation standards appropriate for a 5- star environment
- Maintaining high and consistent food safety.
About youYou'll bring the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team environment
- Self motivated and adaptable.
- Relevant hospitality qualification in Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable)
- A visa which allows you to work full time (38 hours per week) is mandatory
