A favourite amongst locals and visitors alike, its large and open-planned main bar is the perfect place our guests indulge with friends or colleagues or simply kick back, relax and watch the buzz of trendy Oxford Street go by. On Fridays and Saturdays, the main bar transforms into a popular nightlife venue with live music, bands and DJs. Functions are a speciality with spaces and modern facilities to suit both large events and smaller affairs.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Oxford 152.
What you'll do:
Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
Setup and cleaning of kitchen
What you'll need:
Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
Strong communication and organisation skills
Trade cooking qualifications are essential
