The Business Process Analyst works within the Home Claims Customers Blueprint Team. This role will specifically focus on the Home Claims future state target operating model, and support Business Process design initiatives for our Process Blueprint and Knowledge Optimisation Leads.
What you'll do
- Apply thorough comprehension of Suncorp business context including strategy, key systems/processes, and critical issues/constraints.
- Contribute to identifying, scoping, and delivering customer-driven, Home Claims Customers wide, high-impact business excellence initiatives that deliver tangible customer and business value, through actionable outcomes:
- Look for ways to improve customer experience and simplify processes.
- Support innovative, critical thinking & systems thinking.
- E2E system optimisation
- Apply continuous improvement and analytical skills to design and re-engineer Business Processes to deliver benefits in line with the strategic objectives.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support business case and idea submission development for Insurance through providing detailed E2E process, cost, and benefit analysis as part of the initiatives.
- 5+ years in a project/delivery role working with a geographically dispersed team
- 5+ years working in financial services, preferably general insurance
- Certified Business Analysis Professional, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma well regarded
- Experience with Agile, Lean and Waterfall methodology
- Demonstrated experience building successful business relationships and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in planning and tactical implementation of continuous improvement (Lean or other)
