We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Commis Chef, to become part of our professional and hard-working kitchen team, at our award-winning wedding venues nestled in the hills of northern NSW, only 15 minutes from Coolangatta. You will be working under a team of skilled Chefs, who will teach you all aspects of the kitchen, assisting you to provide quality dishes in a fast-paced function environment. With the opportunity to move through the ranks as the business expands. As we are set on 70+ acres of land we deliver a paddock to plate experience, with our established fruit and vegetable crops, the desired applicant will be ready to get their hands dirty assisting in harvesting and maintaining our produce from time-to-time.
To be successful in this role you will have:

- High attention to detail and be actively seeking to improve your skills
- Comply with hygiene, safe food handling and the ability to meet special dietary requirements
- Own transport
- To be available to work weekends, public holidays and nighttime functions
- To comply at all times with the Company’s policies and procedures
As a Commis Chef within our team, your duties will include:
