Roles Available:
Operations & Logistics Co-Op
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To actively participate in Liner Operations activities and learn the various disciplines and necessary tasks that collectively ensure an effective operational outcome for the Lines
- Agility calculations and compilation
- OPEX report analysis
- Liquidated damages
- Weekly Bunker Report Distribution
- Updating Weekly Tracker Report (Rebate Trackers)
- Productivity Report Update (Weekly)
- Monthly HO Rebate Presentation (Showing monthly evolution of our rebates)
- Equipment imbalance management on a port basis in view of achieving balanced stock level
- Monitor export and import container flows and equipment imbalance per port and equipment type basis
Communication & Sustainability Graduate
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To support the brand development and commercial outcomes of ANL
- Product information (maps and schedule details) via flyers and online platforms
- Paintain shipping service information including rotations and transits on sales collateral business key figures
- Corporate powerpoint for ANL and local agency (master slide maintenance, updates to liner product, ancillary services, insights and corporate figures)
- Social media content creation (copy and graphics) and post scheduling
- Press review - find and share press articles on the economy, shipping and business
- 'The Repost' - promoting sharing of social media content
- Coordination of internal communications on screen content (in office screens) including basic graphic design and editing
- Reporting on internal newsletter key metrics
- Design and roll out Communications Campaign towards conclusion of program
