As a Communications Content Advisor you will be at the forefront of shaping visual narratives that drive our strategic goals. In this dynamic role, your impact will be profound as you pioneer innovative approaches to graphic design, user experience, print, and video editing. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our marketing and communications materials not only meet the highest standards but also align seamlessly with Airservices Australia's brand guidelines. Your day-to-day will involve crafting compelling corporate publications, supporting senior leaders in visual presentations, and creating engaging collateral for external campaigns across various mediums.
As a key player in our Communications team, your day involves distilling complex information into visually appealing content, ensuring accessibility compliance, and maintaining brand consistency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the DAM platform for imagery/videos, and spearhead high-impact projects. You'll be a linchpin in our mission to elevate Airservices' visual presence.

The Person
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Content Advisor with a passion for visual storytelling and a knack for innovative design. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to distil complex information into engaging visuals. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing multiple demands with a positive outlook.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
  • Proven experience in graphic design, typesetting, and video editing.
  • Qualifications in graphic or visual design, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro).
  • Experience in creating large corporate publications such Annual Reports
  • Strong visual communication skills, translating technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in managing brand assets, content management systems, and digital platforms.
  • Experience with accessibility guidelines for publishing.
