`Café and Restaurant Manager

This position requires you to manage a café, bar, restaurant located in Maroochydore, QLD, Australia.
We are currently seeking a seasoned, passionate Café and Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position requires a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality and exceptional service, while focusing on operating a profitable restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with Chefs to plan and develop menus, taking into account factors such as seasonal availability and product quality.
Planning, organizing, and executing special functions and events.
Managing purchasing and pricing of goods while adhering to set budgets.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Ensuring that all dining facilities comply with health regulations, cleanliness standards, and present a welcoming appearance.
Regularly conferring with customers to gauge their satisfaction with meals and service and using this feedback to implement continuous improvement strategies.
Selecting, training, and supervising both waitstaff and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Overseeing reservations, warmly greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar executive role.
