Communications Manager - EL1Our client is seeking to engage an EL1 Communications Manager.Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract length: Start - 01/07/2024, End - 20/12/2024, with 1 X 3-month extension option.
Eligibility/Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain at least a Baseline level security clearance.As a part of Budget 2024, the Department is implementing a new Strategic Framework.To support this change, the business team is seeking a stakeholder engagement manager to lead the stakeholder Engagement plan and deliver change to the Education Sector.The candidate will be required to:

• Create the stakeholder engagement plan.
• Develop sub-plans for each communications campaign, focusing on different project deliverables.
• Liaise with key external stakeholders to shape the change towards their requirements and manage expectations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure an up-to-date knowledge of project status.
• Lead communication with the external stakeholders to achieve Government’s agenda.
• Build sustainable engagement capability through information and skill-share, solid and documented work processes.
• Create reports and report feedback on communications activities to internal stakeholders.
