The opportunity
As Communication Specialist, you'll join a talented and influential People and Culture team working on a large-scale transformation program. In collaboration with a broad range of senior stakeholders across the business you will devise and execute an internal communications strategy that ensures a positive employee experience, operational efficiency and supports organisational change. The role is responsible for creating effective program communications and delivering compelling content that engages employees, strengthens our culture and aligns with the fund's transformation goals.
About you
You have gained experience in a media/PR/communications or marketing role where you have developed and delivered large-scale program communications strategies and produced content that engages and informs the target audience. Naturally, have outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to translate complex technical information into concise, meaningful and engaging content. You'll work well under pressure and be capable of dealing with multiple priorities. What's most important is the positive, creative and collaborative energy you bring to work each day. You'll be skilled at working productively and consulting widely with internal stakeholders and our external partners.
