Job description
The purpose of this role is to promote and safeguard that the brand across APAC delivers effective, high quality, relevant and timely communications. Looking after all operational communications to all customers and work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational communications to all customers.
Website Management and content for all operational matters for all active custmers.
Manage an effective suite of communications channels, from email to social in order to reach customers with time sensitive operational information.
Working with the data team to ensure accurate, segmented customer contact data appropriate to the channels.
Defining the proactive communications plan and resourcing to ensure the effective delivery of communications.
Editorial responsibility, acting as the editor and controller of all outgoing company materials.
Reporting and insights to ensure messaging is effectively delivered.
Manage promotion of existing and new services to existing customer base.
Team development..
Key Skills:
Degree in Marketing/Communications.
Three years editorial management experience, including a proven approach to publishing work flows.
Three years marketing communications and campaign experience, including web and social media.
At least 2-4 years experience people management experience.
Experience working with key stakeholders at a senior level.
Project management experience.
