The Benefits
- The choice to work out of either of their office locations - CBD Fringe or Northern Suburbs
- Excellent salary $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Take home car/fuel (personal use allowed)
- HOD is very involved in the day-to-day running of the department, however, this role provides a step toward leadership working with the HOD and sharing your knowledge.

The Role and Support - Minimal Outside Work
- 2IC/Team Lead - work alongside the HOD supporting the team at busy times and upon their absence from the office
- SNR PM duties to oversee and manage a CBD Fringe portfolio - supply sufficient guidance and knowledge to owners and tenants
- Minimal outside work - A dedicated Assistant Property Manager for the majority of your outside work and tenant communications
- Shared VA for administration
You will have ...
- Full portfolio management experience - ideally 3 x years
- Outgoing, mature and personable nature
- A team player attitude & accountability
- Valid Real estate registration and driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication
