Community and Recreation Bookings Officer Salary $65,811.17 to $76,341.17 p/a + super Permanent full time position – 35 hours per week Grow your career within Local Government About Ku-ring-gai Council Located 16 km’s north of the Sydney CBD, the Ku-ring-gai area covers 84km2, is home to 124,000 residents and set in one of New South Wales’ most attractive natural environments. About the role Reporting initially to the Manager Community Development, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Promoting Council’s community facilities, tennis courts, parks and community programs Acting as the first point of contact for booking enquiries, transactions and action requests Effectively managing booking and program enquiries Professional customer service to internal and external customers Required qualifications, experience & skills: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (bookings, administrative/clerical office work, community or recreation) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Current Class C Driver’s licence Commitment to excellent customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams) and bookings systems/programs This is a great opportunity where you will gain knowledge, training and development opportunities to further develop your career.
