About the Role: Community Care Workers are responsible for providing physical, emotional and social support to our consumers within their homes, assisting them to achieve maximum independence.

About You: You will be a bright, outgoing, committed, skilled and caring individual that displays empathy for the older members of our community. You will equally match our culture and values in the support and care for the frail and elderly. In particular, you will possess:
