-You can view and print these PDF attachments by downloading .This is a permanent, full-time vacancy.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Corrective Services Academy (the Academy) in Bentley, is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) responsible for identifying and delivering Corrective Services’ learning and development needs in the areas of foundation training, corporate governance, operational skills, and profession development at the individual and organisational levels.The Manager, Adult Community Corrections Training is responsible for the management, coordination, and supervision of the (adult) Community Corrections Training section at the Academy. The position manages, advises, promotes, and coordinates the delivery of training requirements for the Community Corrections branch, with a focus on foundation training for Community Corrections officers.The position provides advice and assistance on relevant, nationally accredited training packages and competency-based training & assessment methods and contributes to the Academy maintaining its Registered Training Organisation (RTO) accreditation through adherence to standards, practices, and procedures.Additionally, the position advises the Assistant Director, Operational Training on contemporary practices and emerging issues and trends, whilst acting as a positive change agent in an environment of continuous improvement and ongoing reform.BENEFITS AND OPPORTUNITIES
