The duties are varied and involve case managing offenders, writing reports for sentencing and releasing authorities, and working alongside other stakeholders in the community for effective outcomes. As a Community Corrections Officer (CCO) you will report to the Team Leader and operate as part of the Region or Centre case management team. You will be responsible for case managing offenders and defendants (in accordance with Orders and appropriate standards). No degree is required for this role and training will be provided. About You Can you build rapport with people of various ages and backgrounds in a culturally appropriate manner? Are you motivated and committed to work with people from a wide range of challenging situations and help them achieve their personal goals? Can you work as part of a team, develop case management plans, assessment reports and provide advice to the Court and releasing authorities?
