What you'll be doing The Community Health Operations Coordinator is responsible for the high-level coordination of administration services and operational requirements that support community clinical services.
The Community Health Operations Coordinator will work closely and cooperatively with senior managers and clinical staff to ensure the facilities are operating of the highest standards to deliver community care and stakeholder expectations. This position will predominately be located at Mount Druitt Community Health Centre (CHC) however may be required to support other Community Health centres in Western Sydney Local Health District as required.

- Demonstrated experience in administrative service provision and previous experience in strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels, support clinical teams and demonstrate commitment to quality, customer focused service provision.
- Excellent written communication skills, and demonstrated experience producing complex documents such as business related correspondence, meeting minutes, briefs, reports and spread sheets.
- Demonstrated experience using a variety of data, record keeping and ordering systems, computer-based information systems and electronic health record systems.
- Demonstrated initiative, organisational and planning skills with ability to manage responsibilities within required timeframes both self-directed and within a team.
- Understand, oversee and implement WH&S requirements, practices and legislation.
- Demonstrated capacity to interpret NSW Health and WSLHD policies and procedures as well as local processes and business rules.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence valid within Australia.
