• A Degree in Social Work from a recognised University and eligible for AASW membership.
• Current unrestricted Class C NSW driver's license.
• Post Graduate Social Work clinical experience demonstrating competencies in comprehensive assessment and case management of frail older clients with complex health problems and other community support needs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of guardianship, financial management and elder abuse issues and related legislation.
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of community aged care resources.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage a demanding caseload.
• Demonstrated high level communication, report writing skills and computer skills.
