In this managerial role, you will collaborate closely and lead a team of experienced Care Coordinators to sustain the provision of outstanding customer care to Home Care clients.
Additionally, you will concentrate on extending this opportunity to new clients, enabling them to thrive and age comfortably in their own homes.

- Provide strong leadership and management to a team of care staff, focusing on HR matters
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure comprehensive service provision
- Conuct internal audits, identifying areas of improvements
- Strong management & leadership skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the community
- In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including Home Care Package guidelines and service requirements
- Cert IV or Diploma level qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Community Care
- Current Drivers License and own vehicle
