We are seeking a Full Time Coordinator to join our dynamic Community Living team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Shared Living homes which are in various Perth metro locations. You would be overseeing a team of Support Workers and regularly liaising with the individuals we support and their families.
Working from a Case Management framework, you will help support individuals to live their best life possible and support them in all aspects of their life such as health, wellbeing and being connected to their community. Most importantly, you will ensure they feel cared for, valued, respected, and are matched with the best people to support their needs.

This is a hands-on role that works closely with your Support Workers and clients in our group homes. It is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can keep calm under pressure and has a high level of HR, Leadership and People Management Skills.
About You
To succeed in this role you will be caring, uphold strong values and have a passion for supporting individuals with Autism to live a good life. You will have demonstrated experience ensuring your team deliver high quality, client focused support, case management experience in a similar role, experience providing effective service planning and delivery and most importantly, you will be people focused.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in the disability sector, including case management.
- Qualifications in a Human Services discipline (minimum Certificate IV).
- Strong Leadership, Performance Management and Training ability.
- High level of Admin and HR skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Full driver’s licence (No P-plates).
