About this Role

Join our innovative Team as a Community Manager, where your creativity and strategic mindset will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' brands to life every day. As such, you will be responsible for managing the social media channels of our key clients. Other duties include campaign setup, precise targeting, budget allocation, content posting, community moderation, and comprehensive reporting.

This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives on delivering impactful and engaging social media experiences. We are a dynamic company committed to excellence, and we're looking for a talented individual to contribute to our success.

What you'll be responsible for:

Social Activity/Campaign Set-Up

  • Manage Trello cards and Excel spreadsheets
  • Support Social Lead with content briefs
  • Handle in-platform tasks (e.g., Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok)
  • Set audience targeting and objectives
  • Structure campaigns with best practices
  • Collaborate on post ideas and production with Creative team

Monthly Paid Social Media Planning

  • Allocate budgets to posts for optimal results and key KPI achievement
  • Prioritise higher budgets for high-performing, high-production-value posts
  • Load media allocations into approved posts and ad campaigns
  • Buy, manage, and optimize paid media across all social platforms

Community Management

  • Adhere to the content calendar, regularly publishing and fostering active social communities
  • Swiftly review and respond to user feedback within SLAs
  • Authentically engage, connecting users with customer service and offering positive feedback
  • Enforce Social Media Guidelines for clients and agency
  • Escalate user-generated content to internal and client stakeholders as needed

Social Media Reporting

  • Analyse social platforms for targeting, media allocation, and content optimization
  • Summarize insights into actionable client reports
  • Generate performance reports, conduct competitor reviews, and suggest improvements
  • Actively participate in key client meetings, including QBRs

Client & Agency Leadership

  • Serve as an in-house social expert, keeping the agency and clients informed on new formats, functions, and trends
  • Communicate with clients to update them on their social media presence through various channels, including email and regular meetings

Skills and Qualifications you'll need

  • Experienced in community management on social media platforms
  • Actively engaged with a solid understanding of popular social networks
  • Capable of crafting clear community management guidelines addressing social media roles and risks
  • Exceptional attention to detail for precise content timing and targeting
  • Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from data
  • Effective communication and on-brand writing skills within the agency team
