Leading organisational change management, branding, and graduate program coordinators, you'll drive initiatives to strengthen Engineering Culture, promote best practices, and standardize processes. Your focus will be on advocating for developers and nurturing relationships as the representative voice of engineers. You will also oversee technical career pathways, manage the tech academy, and foster a culture of innovation within engineering teams.You'll establish, maintain and regularly publish an engineering NPS and use that to develop and prioritise your program of work. You will collaborate with HR team to monitor outcomes related to diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing. Working closely with managers from Engineering Platforms and SDLC & Governance, you will champion sustainable engineering excellence to ensure that IAG maintains a leading position in the industry.This is a full-time permanent role, open for the Sydney and Melbourne location.ABOUT YOUWe're on the lookout for an Engineering Culture & Community Manager who is passionate about shaping the future of Engineering Culture along with the following experience:
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams or projects, particularly within an engineering or technical environment.
- A track record of successfully developing and nurturing workplace culture in a diverse, inclusive setting.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing processes, such as promotions and onboarding, within a technical or engineering context.
- Experience designing and executing surveys using psychometric methods, likert scales and latent constructs. Experience analysing survey data and producing meaningful reports.
- Previous involvement in brand development, with the ability to articulate and promote an organisational identity internally and externally.
- Experience in developing and managing graduate programs or similar entry-level professional development initiatives.
- Familiarity with creating and managing competency or skills matrices, ideally within the engineering sector.
