What this opportunity involves:
The Community Manager will be part of the new Melbourne Office Workplace Experience Community and is responsible for leading the team in forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience.
You will be a key player in the implementation of all internal and external communication strategies and events management to drive a purposeful fusion of life and work, based on authentic human experiences.
An Overview of the role:
- Create a fun an impactful engagement strategy for all guests, employees and key stakeholders
- Embed a culture of empowerment, engagement and fulfilment amongst the wider Facilities team
- Utilise data analytics to develop client support and feedback
- Share regular event and celebration content through internal communications as well as through external methods
- Champion monthly meetings with stakeholders to enhance meaningful relationships
- Organise facilities and manage all event details such as décor, catering, entertainment, transport, invitees, equipment and promotions
- Provide outstanding customer service and organise memorable events which exceed client expectations
- Drive the wider campus team to achieve all KPI’s as set out in the account plan
- Ensure the team is well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systems

- Experience in management of front of house experience in hospitality or real estate
- Impressive portfolio of previously managed events
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain productive business relationships
- Customer focused with the ability to interface and relate to different organisational stakeholders
- Strong team player and a motivational leader who strives to create a collaborative environment
