AddressThe role:
- Promote, develop and provide Occupational Therapy (OT) services in accordance with professional standards, best practice and evidence, to community clients, predominantly in rural locations.
- Provide professional advice and education to others regarding the field of specialisation and related areas.
- Assist with planning, coordinating and evaluation of service provision to clients and their families/carers. Collaborates with client, carer(s) and other members of the health care team to ensure the delivery of high quality health care.
- Provide clinical direction and professional supervision and support to Level 1/2 Occupational Therapists, allied health assistants and undergraduate occupational therapy students where required.

The East Coast Allied Health Team
- Part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapy, social work, allied health assistant and admin.
- Works closely with staff across the St Helens and St Marys district hospitals.
- Able to access professional support and supervision from senior OT staff.
Details of Appointment
Permanent, part time, day worker position working 22.8 hours per fortnight, commencing from 1 November 2024.

Salary: $106,966 - $123,013 pa per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
- Please note that access to salaries beyond $115,573 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme
- Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2022

Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
Current Driver’s Licence
