AddressAssistant Property Manager
Join our dynamic property management team at Ironfish Real Estate, where we deliver exceptional client experiences and empower our staff to thrive. We're seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager with experience and a can-do attitude for our CBD office.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Portfolio Management: Ensure compliance with procedures, meet KPI targets, and prepare communications.
High-Performance Culture: Facilitate new initiatives and enhance client experience.
Advertising and Leasing: Manage advertising strategies, coordinate and attend open inspections.
Administrative Support: Provide support to the Company Director and Team Leaders.
General Property Management: Coordinate maintenance, handle lease renewals, client relationships, and VCAT hearings, and manage ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
• Certification in Property Management is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese Mandarin (favorable but not required).
