Company Background
Atlan Stormwater is going through a period of growth and change and seeking to bring a talented Finance Manager into their finance team for the next 3-6 months to manage the day-to-day finance function and work with the CFO.
The Role
As the Finance Manager, you will be involved in the following duties:
- Work across financial and management reporting, compliance, and month/year-end
- Ensure the financial reporting process is completed on time
- Consolidated monthly management reporting
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Management of the Accounts Payable team
- Oversee BAS, Capex, and Cash management
- Divisional P&L and KPI reporting
- Working with the CFO to improve systems and processes
- Working with a team of two local and two overseas to ensure the accuracy of transactions
- 4–6-month temporary role, with the potential of becoming permanent
Your Background
To become a valued member of the finance team you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Immediately available (short notice period)
- Previous experience with NetSuite is essential
- CPA or CA qualified
- Prior experience at a Finance Manager / Business Partner level
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in process and system improvements
