The Role: As a key player in our team, you will:

• Provide private therapy to community-dwelling clients with dementia, employing a cognitive rehabilitation approach.
• Assist patients in engaging in daily activities, optimising function, and preserving independence.
• Contribute to the development of concepts that reduce anxiety and enhance overall wellbeing.
• Work towards achieving the goals of each patient.
• Identify challenges in independent function and day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

• All applicants must possess or be willing to obtain a police check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and registration in their relevant discipline.
• While experience in community care is preferred, comprehensive training and onboarding are provided.
