AddressOccupational Therapist – Community role
We have an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist in Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Delivering services and as a champion for people with disabilities and mental illness helping them achieve independence and actively participate in their communities. Utilise your expertise to create personalised plans that build on client strengths and support their goals. Work alongside a supportive team sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will;
- Have knowledge and experience with NDIS
- High level skills in providing reports in a professional and timely manner
- Hold a strong commitment to human rights and social justice principles
- Passionate & empathetic with a client centred approach
- Excellent communicator and collaboration skill set to work effectively with clients families and colleagues
- Deep understanding of Occupational Therapy practice and assessment tools
- Self motivated and committed to professional development
Candidate Profile:
- Occupational Therapy Tertiary Qualifications, Bachelor / Masters
- Registration with AHPRA
- Current National Police Check
- You must have a Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
- NIDIS Worker Screening Check
On offer is a Competitive salary depending on experience negotiable from $85,000 - $100,000 Plus Super, ++ Laptop and Mobile phone, travel reimbursed.
