About the Role
Bankstown Sports Club is looking for a dedicated and motivated Community Partnerships Advisor to join the team.
As Community Partnerships Advisor you will be responsible for engaging with, developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing community and charity organisation stakeholders.
To succeed in this role; you must have a passion for community development, exceptional communication & organisational skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include;
- Regularly engaging with community stake holders and effectively manage new and existing stakeholder relationships
- Regularly attend and represent Bankstown Sports Club at community events
- Develop and implement community development and support initiatives
- Act as a first point of contact for all charity events and provide guidelines in assessing each case for approval
- Administrative duties including managing the ClubGRANTS online system and maintaining all relevant reporting spreadsheets.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualified in a related discipline such as social work, commerce, business or psychology
- Passion for community development at the individual, organisational, and industry level
- Natural advocate for driving community lead initiatives and align them to BSC’s vision
- Great communication skills and ability to build long lasting partnerships
- Effective time management & multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving abilities with a solution focused approach
- Team player with a positive, confident approach to working with people
- Ability to provide an effective approach to Customer Service delivery
- Exceptional presentation and professional demeanour
- RSA RCG Competency Card (or willing to obtain)
- Rights to work in Australia
