Your role will involve advising on ER issues, providing guidance to line managers, and fostering healthy employee relations across our organisation.About you!You're an experienced HR professional with a passion for fostering positive workplace environments. With 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Employment Relations or a related field, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Your ability to manage industrial relations matters, undertake workplace investigations, and resolve disputes is exemplary. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and thrive in building effective relationships with stakeholders. Your competence in IT systems and previous experience with HR systems equip you to manage multiple cases concurrently with ease.Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Employment Relations or similar.
- Australian/NSW Driver’s licence.
- NSW Working with Children’s Check (or eligibility).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or eligibility).
- Current Police Check (or eligibility).
- Compliance with Covid vaccination requirements
