You will also have the opportunity to contribute towards the development of the Recruitment frameworks and processes that are currently in place.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage end to end recruitment processes for multiple open jobsPlace ads, utilising all available options- including social media Candidate screeningPhone interviewingBooking interviewsCandidate communications/managementManage candidate experience including: Interviewing, assessments, reference checks, etc.Work with all HR Advisors & Line Managers across the organisation to source the timely delivery of quality candidatesMaintain recruitment websiteWorking alongside the HR Administration and Recruitment team.About you! This opportunity would suit someone who has experience in recruiting across a range of roles/disciplines and is able to demonstrate extremely strong candidate management and administration skills. You will be a great communicator and have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders always maintaining strong communication throughout the Recruitment process.
