The Role
Our services are growing and we are looking to build on our existing workforce and are seeking passionate community care workers who are available to work in the Nagambie area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate PCA worker to join the Nagambie HealthCare team on a permanent part-time or casual basis. Reporting to the Community Care Manager, the successful applicant will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high quality, person centered care to residents and families
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role you will have the following
- Full understanding and willingness to comply with Nagambie HealthCare's OHS policies
- Ability to align with values of NHC
- A demonstrated ability to be consumer focused, empathetic and flexible.
- A current drivers license
- Possess organisational & time management skills and the ability to work in a busy environment
- Show reliability, professionalism, punctuality and the ability to work as a part of a team
- Available to work mornings, afternoon and weekends
