Ryde HospitalRyde Hospital is having an incredible $479 million complete hospital redevelopment that will transform the delivery of healthcare for the Ryde local community.The Ryde Hospital Redevelopment will result in new health facilities and enhanced services including emergency, ICU/critical care, inpatient units, outpatient/ambulatory care services and much more.Construction commenced in early 2023, and will provide you with a wonderful and exciting opportunity to be part of the Ryde team to change the future health services for the Ryde Community completely.What you'll be doingProviding Community physiotherapy as part of an MDT to consumers in the Ryde and Hunters Hill LGAPeople of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

- Must hold registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Provide evidence of proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to liaise with novice and experienced health professionals and external service providers. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use health information systems.
- Commitment to participation in professional development, quality improvement activities and workplace education.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the provision of physiotherapy service to consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, intervention, appropriate referral and discharge planning.
- Proven ability to exercise professional judgement commensurate with years of experience and to establish effectively collaboratively working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and inter-agency networks.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload demands, meet deadlines and complete activities, including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required.
- Valid Class C Driver's licence.
