Due to expansion of our services in NSW, we have casual positions for experienced Registered Nursesacross the City and Eastern suburbs of Sydney to join our new community team to work across a 7-day roster. The hours we can offer span between 7.00am and 5.00 pm and offer family friendly flexibility. As well as working in the community there will also be an opportunity to do telehealth admissions working in the comfort of your own home.
What will set you apart from the rest?
As a RN, with previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach.
• Current drivers' licence & reliable vehicle
• 2 Years' recent acute experience & ability to spot client deterioration
• Experience in PICC care/dressing/removal
• Chronic wound care experience is a bonus as well as cannulation skills
• Competent IT skills/literacy
