Our client provides affordable retirement living for seniors and has a Community Support Coordinator position available now. Based at their North-West Sydney location. 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Visiting residents
- Write and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc communications and updates to residents via in house-app and other suitable mediums
- Assisting with concerns and finding solutions
- Connecting residents to internal and external services
- Speaking with health professionals
- Liaising with residents' families
- Reporting any safety issues to the internal management team
- Ensure accurate documentation of residents' information
- No manual handling or personal care required
- Degree or interest/experience in aged care, nursing, social work, disability or welfare (desirable)
- Current NSW driving license + car
- Strong tech skills
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic nature
- Interest in working with the 55+ demographic
