What you will do
Located in our Lane Cove office, this is a fast-paced role with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail required. Focussing on providing sales support to the Community sector, some of your key responsibilities and day to day accountabilities include:
Processing customer orders, inquiries, quotes, and returns.
Management of all medical equipment with reps & customers
Data management including regular reporting
Working closely with sales representatives on customer appointments & enquiries
Assisting the customer service team when required.
What we need from you?
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role with a strong customer centric focus
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Experience working in a fast paced yet fun environment
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and develop
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess mid-level to high capability in MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel.
• SAP or Hubspot experience highly desirable and/or experience with a similar ERP
