This role can be based at the Bullivants sites in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering an ERP refresh project. Collaborating with business function experts, you will map existing ERP-based processes, identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and use this to gather business requirements to guide the technical implementation team. Acting as a bridge between business users and the technical implementation team, you will assist with change management to ensure smooth adoption of the system and Business Process changes.
This is a maximum term role (concluding December 2025) and can be based at a Bullivants site in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.
Some of the tasks of the role:
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to standardise, within existing ERP-related processes and map the target state
- Produce and manage formal business requirements to guide reconfiguration of the ERP system
- Partner with the training content team to develop training and knowledge artifacts to support change delivery and the target state
- Contribute to the change management plan and assure business readiness ahead of each functional drop in the project
- Contribute to hyper care support after each functional drop
Some of the skills required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles
- Experience with large-scale transformational/Business Process reengineering projects
- A strong understanding of ERP systems
- Familiarity with best practice requirements management
- Previous experience with mapping and analysing Business Processes, the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
- Exposure to formal change management methodologies and frameworks
