CFS services include community development, case work, psychosocial and educational programs, disability services and children's services.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Family Support Specialist. This role requires exceptional organisational abilities to oversee support services across multiple funding streams, including Targeted Earlier Intervention, Next Steps, and Big School Big Minds.
About you:
You will bring the following attributes and skills to this role:
Diploma /Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
Experience in facilitating evidence based parenting programs and working with diverse populations.
Strong organizational and case management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in early childhood development.
Understanding of issues faced by Children and families from refugee backgrounds.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Current and valid First Aid and CPR certificates.
Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
