Acquired Brain Injury Services has been providing support to people with Acquired Brain Injury in the community for over 30 years. We are the largest specialist ABI support service in NSW, and our knowledge and experience ensure our clients get the best supports to live their life how they choose.

We are currently looking for Community Support Workers to join our team of support service professionals and help make a difference in our client's lives in Orange & Bathurst surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 quality support and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behavior
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Manager
- Must be willing to travel to surrounding locations
Qualifications/Experience:
- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.
Employment Conditions:
- Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
- NDIS Workers Check
- Up to date COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (2 Vaccinations + Booster)
- Android or iOS compatible smartphone
What We Offer:
- Base rate of $40.26 - $43.93 per hour pending experience and qualifications.
- Rosters set 4-6 weeks in advance.

- 1- day intensive induction training.
- Buddy shifts prior to commencing allocated shifts.
