Opportunities now exists for nurturing and compassionate Carers to provide support for our wonderful clients based throughout Sydney's Northern Beaches. We are looking for reliable carer’s who can commit to shifts on an ongoing basis.
The Role:
We are searching for passionate Community Support Workers to join our Mounties Care Team! There are multiple opportunities available - full-time, part-time, casual and live-in Care Opportunities!
- Accompanying clients during daily activities running errands and going on outings
- Food preparation and shopping
- Assisting in personal care and hygiene such as showering and dressing
- Performing household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothes
- Providing social interaction and companionship
- Transport to appointments
- Live in Care services (for the right candidate)
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in aged care or disability
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 Government Health Orders
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid Cert including CPR
- Must have own car & relevant insurances
- Cert 3 in Individual Support or similar qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Dementia care qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
