Support Worker Team Leader - Tea Gardens, NSW
The Support Worker Team Leader is a key role responsible for the delivery of care and service to the Home Care portfolio within the Hawks Nest community. You will foster relationships with our clients and their families/representatives, lead community team members and support them in deepening their engagement with their roles and our organisation. You will also provide direct 'hands-on' care and service to your own portfolio of clients.

A bit more about you:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment! Our Home Care team members are on the road every day supporting clients in their homes and the community - they remain nimble to adapt as needs change. You will hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services, and have completed / willing to complete CHCC305C (or equivalent). Having led dispersed teams previously will be an advantage and enables you to efficiently and effectively lead a growing team that is always focused on delivering quality clinical and care services to our clients.
