What you Bring

1. Working with Children's Check
2. First Aid Certificate
3. NSW Driver's Licence
4. Driving History Record from Service NSW
5. NDISWC Clearance or to submit an application
6. Immunisation History Statement {inclusive of Booster Vaccination}
Whilst it is desirable that you hold a Cert III in Individual Support, every applicant shall be considered.
