Client Care First are seeking Community Disability Support Workers.
Client Care First was established in response to local community demand for quality Disability Support services.
Client Care First services include:
- Accommodation/Tenancy Assistance
- Assistance with Travel/Transport
- Household Tasks
- Innovative Community Participation
- Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment
- Assist Life Stage Transition
- Daily Personal Activities
- High Intensity Daily Activities
- Development of Life Skills
- Participate Community
- Group and Centre Based Activities (to incorporate support of individuals in group situations, not centre based situations).
Client Care First is a Registered NDIS Provider and complies with all New South Wales and Commonwealth Government requirements for the delivery of quality and safe Disability Support services.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in challenging behaviors, such as Mental health and Autism.
- Minimum of Certificate 3 in disability, aged care or individual support.
- NDIS Worker Check.
- Current First aid/CPR Certificate.
- Willingness to work day, evening and nights shifts is a must.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Community access/social support and appointments
- Medication support
- Behavioural support
- Domestic assistance
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster including days, evenings, active shifts, sleepovers and weekend shifts.
- We support clients from Helensburgh to Nowra.
