As MSWA’s Community Team Leader based covering the north region of Perth, you’ll be supervising a team of champion Community Support Workers.
Your team specialises in providing high quality home care and community services (including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support) to those living with neurological conditions. Your leadership will be a pivotal part of our success story.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring their performance, conducting regular appraisals, supporting the recruitment of new Community Support Workers, managing team capacity, investigating any health and safety issues, ensuring your team deliver a quality service and dealing with any client related issues.

- You understand what it takes to supervise and mentor a large team ideally within disability or similar industry.
- Time management - you can easily manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to chair staff meetings.
- Ability to evaluate team performance.
- It’s all about the clients and their families, you’re always searching for new ways to improve service offerings.
- You’re a stickler for detail with excellent administration skills.
- Full ‘C’ class driving license.
- NDIS workers screening check (or willingness to obtain.)
