SalaryThe CPB Contractors, Ghella & UGL joint venture has been successful in securing the contract to deliver the $3.1bn M6 Stage 1 project. The project will deliver the missing link from Sydney's south to the wider Sydney motorway network making journeys easier, faster and safer. It will remove more than 2,000 trucks a day from surface roads and help return local streets to local communities.
With works commenced in early 2022, the M6 Stage 1 project scope includes the construction of twin four-kilometre tunnels and associated works, linking the M8 Motorway at Arncliffe to President Avenue at Kogarah.
The Opportunity
The M6 Stage 1 team is looking for an organised and motivated Completions Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the Completions Manager, the primary responsibility of this role will be to provide assistance implementing the Completions Management Plan and support progressive completions activities for the M6 Stage 1 project.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
- Create and manage submission and approval of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals
- Assist in preparation of a-built drawings, asset registers and models
- Provide guidance to engineers on their completion responsibilities and accountabilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that close out of completions deliverables meet set timeframes
- Work within and maintain completion databases to ensure completion requirements are met progressively
- Assist Completions Manager with reporting, analysis and innovations in data processing and reporting
The successful candidate will have the following.
- Recognised qualification - ideally in engineering, although commercial, business, project management will be considered
- A minimum 3-5 years' experience in design, construction, quality and/or project management
- Strong MS office skills are essential and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with INCITE Keystone and/or Teambinder preferred but not essential.
