Specific Experience requirements:
- Execution and continuous improvement of Project Completions processes and procedures.
- Monitoring and execution of the project Completions Management System (CCMS) including performing change management as and where required.
- Assist with tracking and reporting status of handover packages to the project controls, construction, commissioning and quality teams to ensure that completions activities for assigned packages of works are progressed as early and efficiently as possible to meet project programme.
- Lead defect construction verification and asset operator/owner walkdowns through the project lifecycle.
- Record and monitor defects and omissions in accordance with associated plan or procedure.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with all project stakeholders to ensure sign-off and handover for construction verification, commissioning, entry into service and final acceptance is achieved.
- Working with the Client and our on-site Construction Team to compile Work Lot QA Documentation, and associated reports.
- Engage project stakeholders and draw together Completion Reports.
- Own and be responsible for updating the Project Asset Register.
A bit about you:
- Comfortable and experienced in leading client facing inspections and meetings
- Degree in an Engineering Discipline e.g. civil, mechanical, electrical or Construction Management with experience in delivering work as a work package engineer.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar Quality Assurance or Completions and/or Engineering roles on major infrastructure projects.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond to changing business requirements in a positive manner, with excellent time management skills
- A positive, energetic and flexible approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail under minimum supervision within a team environment to ensure deadlines are met.
- High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface, interact and work with the various project areas, Management team and external parties at Project level.
- Experience with CCMS Completions Management Systems and/or database.
- Sound computer skills with the ability to use MS Package and other relevant software
