The Role

Ubank’s complex service team is expanding. The main responsibilities will include

• Process closures for customers, addressing both customer requests and business considerations such as fraud detection and business decisions.

• Handle name change requests efficiently and accurately to maintain updated customer records.

• Manage statutory compliance requests, including legal notices from government and law enforcement agencies, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Assist in processing Centrelink letters, averaging 40-60 per day, while maintaining control over closures to ensure timely resolution.

• Conducting outbound calls to Ubank's customers, as experience with systems increases over time.

This is a 12-month temporary assignment with a start date of 13 May 2024 at 2 Carrington Street. The pay rate is $35 per hour plus super

What you need to succeed 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and autonomous working skills

• Ability to handle numerous responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities

• Keenness to identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
