The Role
Ubank’s complex service team is expanding. The main responsibilities will include
Process closures for customers, addressing both customer requests and business considerations such as fraud detection and business decisions.
Handle name change requests efficiently and accurately to maintain updated customer records.
Manage statutory compliance requests, including legal notices from government and law enforcement agencies, with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist in processing Centrelink letters, averaging 40-60 per day, while maintaining control over closures to ensure timely resolution.
Conducting outbound calls to Ubank's customers, as experience with systems increases over time.
This is a 12-month temporary assignment with a start date of 13 May 2024 at 2 Carrington Street. The pay rate is $35 per hour plus super
What you need to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and autonomous working skills
Ability to handle numerous responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
Keenness to identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
