Sydney City Volkswagen and Skoda is a fast-paced automotive dealership located in the Eastern Suburbs. Due to our ongoing success, we have an opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and a chance to join us as a Trainee Service Advisor and further their career in the industry.
As Trainee Service Advisor, you will be required to assist with the coordination of service department activities and related matters to achieve an efficient operation in the service department. In this role you will often be the face and first point of contact for our customers, therefore professional customer service skills, attention to detail and reliability is essential as well as a sound knowledge of computer packages, including Office 365.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Have basic automotive knowledge
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Have the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced customer service environment with face-to-face, phone and online customer contact
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures
- Be highly motivated, and energetic and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
