- Support the uplift of our Compliance Management Framework documentation.
- Draft guidance materials to assist business areas understand changes being made to Compliance-related documentation.
- Contribute to the design of our Compliance Obligations Assignment Methodology.
- Support the development of a process for managing obligation alerts, regulatory impact assessments and changing obligations.
- Contribute to the design of our Obligations Impact Rating Methodology.
- Ensure currency of the Compliance section of our Governance, Risk and Compliance intranet page.
- Support the development of Compliance training materials.
- Conduct preliminary analysis on Compliance-related incidents to assist with determining whether a breach has occurred.
- Coordinate responses to external stakeholders who are seeking submissions or documentation.
- Contribute to periodic reports submitted to the Executive Team and the Board Audit and Risk Committee with regard to Compliance-related matters.
- Respond to Compliance related queries received via the Compliance group inbox.
- Support Compliance Assurance monitoring and review programs.
- If required, provide ad hoc support to other GRC workstreams.
