Compliance Auditor and Investigator
- 12 month Secondment Opportunity
- Sydney based role
- Hybrid role - work from home, office and on site
- Risk Management - providing advice & support for all risk management activities in relation to Trolley Collection and Cleaning contractors;
- Compliance - ensuring compliance with internal policies, relevant contracts/agreements and all legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with an internal Compliance Plan for Trolley Collection and Cleaning contractors;
- Compliance Audits - Assisting with the day-to-day management of the Audit Process and ensuring the audit program is delivered as per the schedule;
- Fair Work Ombudsman - investigate any instances of non-conformance as reported by the office of the Fair Work Ombudsman and via our Supplier Speak-up platform in relation to Trolley Collection and Cleaning contractor queries.
- Provide guidance, advice and assurance to all stakeholders and carry out planned and random site inspection audits as required at all Woolworths Group Sites.
- Audit and Investigation experience in an IR capacity
- Strong understanding of FWO awards and ability to interpret
- Experience in facilities management soft services such as; Cleaning, Trolley Collection (desired)
