You will be responsible for conducting and managing quality assurance audits across multiple programs which include: Fire Safety Program, Property Assessment Survey (PAS) Program, Detailed Property Assessment Surveys (DPAS) Program, and Change of Use (COU) program
This will include:
- Undertake audit services, provide advice, information and solutions to a range of stakeholders on technical issues, standards, policies and compliance requirements in accordance with the clients standards.
- Prepare audit reports for Managers and key stakeholders
- Run informational sessions, briefings and training of inspectors on changes to standards, continuous Improvement requirements, developments and program requirements.
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following:
- Qualification in Engineering, Architectural or Building Surveying,
- Understanding of Australian Building Codes and standards
- Experience in Auditing
- MUST have a current Driver's License
- Experience in residential housing
